He speaks good English and took us to as many places as possible to show us the real Bali. He served us more than 11 hours per day but he still charged us only one day rate. It is a pleasure to have Ngurah as our driver/guide. I am sure I will ask Ngurah to be our driver/guide if I go to Bali again in the future. Thanks to Ketut, who drove us around Bali for 4.5 days. That was our first trip to Bali and with no advice from any friends, we browsed through the internet and here we’ve got him, the driver with many good reviews from his customers, including us. Deal made via emails and we paid the same amount as agreed earlier when we finished our trip, no hidden charges and the best part was what we got from him were definitely more than what we expected. Again, why him? - He speaks English! - He is reliable, humble and honest, he took good care of our belongings while we were away visiting the attractions - He has good knowledge of Bali and he showed us the real Bali... No idea on the best place to stay and good food to eat in Bali? Interested in water sports / spa / attractions / Balinese costume, etc.? While I was planning for my Bali trip, I was looking for a private driver who could have the flexibility to accomodate our schedule and have a good get around knowledge of Bali. Through online, I came to know Ngurah. Having read so many good reviews about him by his other customers, I decided to give him a try. For two full days, he brought us to various interesting places such as Kitamani, Bedugul, Jimbaran, Barong dance performance, batik boutique, Bali temples, traditional Bali home and many more. He's been very friendly. A polite and humble man. He has good knowledge of Bali culture and I could understand his English speaking with no difficulty. The cost of his service was very reasonable. There was no hidden costs and I paid for what we agreed on in the very first place. He did not ask for extras and that gained my respect. I highly recommend him to anyone who's interested to hire a private driver to bring you around Bali. It definitely saves you a lot more than hiring a taxi if you intended to visit many places. By the way, if you needed a driver in other parts of Indonesia, he could always link you up with one of his fellow driver friend.
