We arrived on an evening flight and stayed at the Nusa Dua Beach Resort & Spa for the first night, it is the 2nd best beach on the island after Kuta. It is not far from the airport and still a good start to discover the southern tip of the peninsula. Day 1: picked up from our private driver Ngurah, a very nice friendly guy, early in the morning and drove to the famous cliff temple ULUWATU, many wild monkeys live near this temple. Beautiful views. Drove north along the coast to Seminyak where we stayed at the Oberoi Hotel (one of the best on the island) direct on the beach, top service, great villa, fantastic food and entertainment in the evening with the Barong Dance show. For lunch, we just walked on the beach and stopped at the neighbouring restaurant Kudeta, a great trendy place! Day 2: first visit of the day, the TANAH LOT temple situated on an island in the sea, great place to see in the morning no tourists. Drove north to the village Ubud, the handicraft for wood, glass, silver, stone sculptures, had lunch there overlooking some nice rice fields and continued into the jungle to our hotel, magical for kids, the Elephant Safari Park Lodge. Day 3: first visit of the day, the PURA BUKIT SATI temple situated in the Sangeh Forest, many wild monkeys live near this temple, also a great place to see in the morning no tourists at all. Continued in direction of the north, stopped at Bedugul to visit the ULUN DANU temple on the Lake Bratan, very nice, had lunch there again overlooking some nice rice fields. Afterwards we stopped to refresh at the great GIT GIT twin waterfalls. We arrived at Lovina and stayed in a marvelous villa on the hills, in the Damai Spa Resort. Fantastic luxury, welcome cocktail & massage, private infinity pool, gastronomic dinner...! Day 4: very early start (5.00AM) to drive down to the beach to go onto a small typical Indonesian boat (max 4 person). Unbelievable, 30 dolphins following the boats and staying with us for more than 1 hour, worth it! Now comes the aprt one could skip, only for hitch hikers and nature lovers, we drove to Kintamani, a village in the eastern part in the mountains, at the foot of the volcano, stayed in a very simple hotel but the views on the lake Batur are stunning. Because it is colder there, we went for a warm swim in the hot springs on the lakeshores. Day 5: From Kintamani, we drove southwards to the mother of all temples Besakih (the biggest on the island, go early in the morning no tourists, cooler and less shop sellers), on our way back to the airport we admired the Bukit Jambul rice fields, stopped at KlungKlung to visit the ancient royal palace and finished with the visit of the very nice but small Bali zoo in Gianyar. It was a perfect trip, not tiring because the distances between the stops were perfectly calculated. Very recommendable for kids ( a lot to see, so many different animals...) if you gom to good hotels & restaurants no problem with the food hygiene.

We went Bali last year May (2009), we very satisfy for the services provided.. really indeed to recommend to everyone.. Comments in chinese as follows (hope it able to display if not we will repost in English):- Mr. Ngurah Ketut 非常贴心的一一符合我们的要求！真的带我们去些很有特色的餐馆！有田园风味的，有马来式皇宫的餐馆！！！价钱是大众化的！！！价钱就好像我们这边的kim gary 的价钱而已！jimbaran 那餐更是大众化价钱又好吃！bebek 餐馆也是非常的好吃，餐馆又有特色！ 去到每个景点，他好像历史老师一样，非常详细的解析~ 他推荐我们去rafting（激流划艇），我们也随便ok lo。。。 怎知他带我们去的rafting centre是比别人的出发点是比较前的！带我们rafting的导师也很好！很幽默！ 最后一晚，我们要去clubbing，这位ngurah ketut 非常用心的教我们去的路线，重复几百遍~ 还非常苦口婆心的交代我们一定要小心自身安全，钱包等。

Initially we make a deal Ngurah before go for the trip. He have us up to expectation service with the detail information. We just give him our arrival flight and departure from Bali back to home town, he will able to plan the whole trip schedule for us(from morning till evening) with reasonable and fair price. Aside in good planning, his driver also provide us the important information and guide during the tour to avoid being cheated and buy things with bargain skill ( do and don't ) . It is a wonderful experience for us as "first time" to Bali, and we plan for next trip by next year and we are sure to choose back his service

We hired Mr Ngurah from 23-27 February 2010 and we are very happy with his service. Mr Ngurah is a pleasant and patient tour guide. He helped us to arrange our itinerary and advised us on our plans to save time and also money. He also explained about the places and cultures of Bali to us. We really admire his dedication to his job and his willingness to keep showing us around Bali. He even drove us around for up to 14 hours (the service is only for 10 hours) without asking for any extra charges. Overall, we enjoyed the trip very much and would highly recommend Mr Ngurah Ketut to our friends and anyone who will be visting Bali. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We are a group of 12 persons who just returned from a short trip to Bali from 18-2-2010 till 21-2-2010 and used the services of Mr. Ketut for our trip. During the four days, we found Mr. Ketut to be always courteous and punctual and even organised activities for us like spa and water activities at Tanjong Benoa at discounted price. For the spa, we even were not required to pay the service tax of 10-21% after Mr. Ketut negotiated for us, which I had to when I used other spa centre services. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friend for trips to Bali and personally would use his services again for my next trip to Bali.
